Machine characteristics
This machine can cut chicken gizzards, duck gizzards, squid, fish and other meat materials. The blade adopts a round knife made of special high-quality material, with good cutting effect, easy to clean, and no residue.
When sharpening the knife, a wrench can be used to remove the round blade and repeat the grinding. Do not overheat the knife during the grinding process to prevent annealing.
The bearings of the cutting machine are all made of SUS304 high-quality stainless steel bearings, with little wear and no rust, which minimizes the failure rate and maintenance rate.
The knives of the machine can be adjusted in depth and can be changed freely. Our knives can be customized according to customer requirements, and can cut patterns of 4 mm or 5 mm width.
The device is capable of automatically adjusting the pressing roller up and down, so that even if the thickness of the squid is uneven, the product can be cut with the same depth.
Precautions
Before using the machine, first check whether the wiring is correct, the wiring is correct, and the motor rotates correctly. The motor reverse rotation may not be able to cut beautiful flower shapes.
Secondly, check whether there are foreign objects on the blade, including hard bones or wrenches, otherwise it will easily damage the tool and delay production.
Finally, start the power test machine, the speed of the motor and the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements, and find out the speed suitable for their raw materials to process and cut.
If abnormal noise is found, shut it down immediately for inspection, or seek after-sales service from the manufacturer, and do not disassemble it yourself.
